All orders purchased through this website except items on sale and insoles can be returned for a refund within 14 days with proof of purchase minus $14.95 shipping fee. Sale items are non-refundable. Items should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as received. The policy does not cover mistreatment, misuse, or intentional damage to the product. We reserve the right to refuse in refund if such treatment is shown.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after being delivered and received. Online purchases may only be returned or exchanged through our customer support team at sales@supremeion.com
We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain the tracking number for your records. Supremeion is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.
